Will it message my direct reports?
No. The brief goes to your own sheet and the text is queued against your own number for your approval. WebRun never messages a direct report or writes into their check-in.
Who can read the briefs?
Only the people you already share the sheet with, which is normally just you. WebRun writes into your private sheet and posts nothing to a shared channel.
What if someone skipped their check-in?
The brief says so plainly and falls back to their previous check-in and open objectives, so you still walk in with context and know the check-in is outstanding.
