In short

How do I log my Zerodha portfolio to a spreadsheet every day?

WebRun opens Zerodha Kite after market close each weekday, reads every holding with its quantity, average cost, price and P&L, and appends a dated row per position to your Google Sheet. It then posts your portfolio value, the day's change, and the biggest movers to Microsoft Teams.

  • A dated portfolio history builds up in your own sheet
  • The day's biggest movers reach Teams without you opening Kite
  • Zerodha access stays read-only, so no order can be placed

Good to know

Questions, answered

Can it place or modify trades?

No. This workflow is read-only inside Zerodha. WebRun opens the Holdings view, copies the numbers, and never touches the order window, so nothing can be bought, sold, or cancelled.

Where does the history live?

In your own Google Sheet. Each run appends dated rows rather than overwriting, so you build a day-by-day record you can chart or hand to your accountant.

What happens on market holidays?

It reads the same holdings and records an unchanged snapshot, or you can set the run to weekdays that the exchange is open so quiet days are skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
