Questions, answered
Will it remove users by itself?
No. WebRun produces a review list only. Removing a user, changing a role, or taking someone out of a channel is done by an admin in Zello after the list is approved.
What about someone on long leave?
Mark them as retained and WebRun skips them on future runs, so a person on parental leave or a seasonal worker is not listed for removal every Monday.
Why does it call out admin roles first?
A dormant account that still holds an admin role is the biggest risk on the network, so those are listed at the top of the text and the audit for review first.
