Will it send review requests to clients without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts every review request and queues the batch in Slack for staff review. Nothing is sent to a client until a team member explicitly approves and releases the messages.
How does it avoid sending too many requests to the same client?
WebRun tracks who has been asked for a review and enforces a 90-day cooldown per client. Anyone within that window is excluded from the draft batch automatically.
Which review platform does it target?
By default it links to your Google Business profile, which is the highest-impact platform for local search. You can add other platforms during setup if needed.
