Automated Yoga Class Reminders
Every evening, WebRun opens Punchpass, finds all classes scheduled for the next day, pulls the registered client list for each, drafts a friendly reminder text per client via Twilio, and posts a preview batch to Slack so you can approve and send before the morning rush.
How do I automatically send class reminder texts to yoga students?
WebRun opens Punchpass each evening, pulls every client registered for tomorrow's classes, and drafts a personalised reminder text per client via Twilio. The full batch is queued for your approval and summarised in Slack, so reminders go out on brand and on time, cutting no-shows without extra admin work.
- Clients receive a timely reminder the evening before every class
- No text is sent without staff approval, keeping messages on-brand
- Fewer no-shows means fuller classes and better instructor experience
Built for yoga studio owners · studio managers · boutique fitness studios · Punchpass users

Questions, answered
Will it send texts to clients without my review?
No. WebRun drafts every reminder and queues the batch in Twilio for your approval. Nothing is sent to a client until a staff member explicitly releases the batch.
Can I customise what the reminder says?
Yes. During setup you provide a message template, tone guidelines, or an example, and WebRun follows them for every draft. You can also edit individual messages before releasing.
What if a client cancels after the draft is prepared?
WebRun reads the live registration list from Punchpass each evening, so clients who cancel before the nightly run are excluded from the draft batch automatically.
