Automated Yoco Refund and Void Alerts
Every few minutes during trading hours, WebRun checks your Yoco transactions for new refunds and voids, compares the count and value against your normal daily pattern, and sends you a WhatsApp message and a Slack post the moment a till looks out of line.
How do I get alerted to unusual refunds or voids on my Yoco till?
WebRun watches your Yoco transactions for refunds and voids around the clock during trading hours. It compares each one against your till's normal pattern, sends you an instant WhatsApp alert when one looks out of line, and keeps a full same day log in Slack, so unusual activity gets a look within minutes, not at month end.
- Unusual refunds get a WhatsApp alert within minutes, not at month end
- Every refund and void is logged the same day, not reconstructed later
- Routine activity stays quiet so alerts mean something
Built for retail managers · restaurant owners · multi till operations · loss prevention teams

Questions, answered
Can it undo or block a refund itself?
No. WebRun only reads completed refunds and voids from Yoco and reports on them. It cannot process, reverse, or block a transaction, that stays with your staff and Yoco.
What counts as unusual enough to alert me?
A refund or void that is well above your till's normal daily count or value. Routine, everyday refunds are logged to Slack quietly without pinging your WhatsApp.
Does it name which staff member processed it?
Yes, if Yoco records the cashier on the transaction. WebRun includes it in both the WhatsApp alert and the Slack log so you know who to ask.
