Automated Yoco Capital Repayment Tracker
Every Monday, WebRun opens Yoco to see how much of your Capital advance was automatically repaid from last week's card sales, logs the repayment against the loan balance in Xero, and updates a Google Sheet tracker with the remaining balance and a projected payoff date.
How do I track how much of my Yoco Capital advance is left to repay?
WebRun tracks your Yoco Capital repayments every Monday. It reads how much last week's card sales automatically repaid, logs the amount against the loan liability in Xero, and updates a Google Sheet tracker with the remaining balance and a projected payoff date, so you always know where the advance stands without checking Yoco by hand.
- The remaining Capital balance is current every Monday, not estimated
- A projected payoff date updates automatically with each week's pace
- Your bookkeeper has a clean loan ledger entry without manual lookups
Built for Yoco Capital borrowers · small retail owners · restaurant owners · bookkeepers for card merchants

Questions, answered
Does WebRun make the repayment itself?
No. Yoco already deducts the repayment automatically from your card sales under your Capital agreement. WebRun only reads and logs what Yoco has already taken, it never initiates a payment.
What happens if a slow week means a smaller repayment?
It logs whatever Yoco actually deducted, then recalculates the payoff date from the new pace. A slower week shows up as a later projected payoff, not a hidden gap.
Can it tell me when the advance will be fully repaid?
Yes. The tracker projects a payoff date from your recent repayment pace and updates it every week, so you always have a current estimate, not a fixed one from day one.
