No. WebRun alerts your maintenance team and creates a prioritized list in Google Sheets. Scheduling and dispatching work orders is done by your maintenance planner based on the list.
What equipment types does it monitor?
It monitors trailers, yard spotters, and dock levelers by default. You can add other asset types, such as reach trucks or generator sets, in your WebRun setup if they are tracked in YardView.
What if a piece of equipment is taken out of service before its maintenance date?
If YardView shows the unit as inactive or out-of-service, WebRun skips it on the next run. The Google Sheet row is marked as inactive automatically so your work-order list stays accurate.
