Automated Envoy Delivery Pickup Reminders
Every morning, WebRun opens Envoy Deliveries, finds packages logged but not yet picked up, messages each recipient a reminder in Microsoft Teams with where to collect it, and logs any package aging past three days to a Google Sheet so the mailroom can chase it further.
How do I remind employees to pick up their packages?
Every morning, WebRun opens Envoy Deliveries, finds packages that have not been picked up, and messages each recipient a Microsoft Teams reminder naming the package and where to collect it. Anything aging past three days is logged to a Google Sheet so the mailroom can follow up directly, keeping packages moving out of the mailroom faster.
- Recipients get reminded the same morning a package is logged
- Packages aging past a week get flagged instead of forgotten
- The mailroom stops manually checking who still has not picked up
Built for mailroom and facilities staff · office managers · workplace experience teams · front desk teams

Questions, answered
Does it contact the courier or the sender?
No. WebRun only reads Envoy's delivery log and messages the recipient inside your company's Microsoft Teams. It never contacts a courier, shipper, or anyone outside your organization.
Will someone get reminded over and over?
No. It skips anyone already reminded in the last 24 hours, so a recipient gets at most one nudge a day until they pick the package up.
What happens to packages nobody claims?
Once a package passes 7 days unclaimed, it is flagged in the Google Sheet for the mailroom to follow up in person, rather than sending more automated reminders.
