Automated Windscribe Team Device Digest
Every morning, WebRun opens Windscribe, checks each team member's connected devices and data usage for the day, posts a digest to Slack, and sends an urgent Telegram alert if a device does not match anyone on the team roster.
How do I keep track of my team's devices on Windscribe every day?
WebRun checks your Windscribe team dashboard every morning for connected devices and data usage, posts a digest to Slack grouped by team member, and sends an urgent Telegram alert if a device does not match your active roster. It never removes a device or changes settings itself, leaving that to your admin.
- Team device activity is reviewed every morning instead of going unchecked
- Unrecognized devices trigger an alert within the day they connect
- Data usage nearing the allowance is flagged before it runs out
Built for small business owners · remote teams · IT admins · privacy conscious teams

Questions, answered
Does WebRun remove a device or change team settings?
No. WebRun only reports what it finds. Removing a device or changing a team member's access is left for your admin to do in Windscribe.
Will Telegram get noisy with routine devices?
No. Telegram only fires for a device that does not match your active team roster. Routine devices only appear in the daily Slack digest.
Does it show individual browsing activity?
No. It only reads device connections and data usage totals that Windscribe's team dashboard already shows, not browsing history.
