How do I keep track of weak or reused passwords across my team's 1Password vaults?
WebRun reviews your 1Password vaults every Monday, flags items marked weak, reused, or outdated, and logs each one in an Airtable register by vault and owner. It then posts a short health scorecard to Notion, so your team sees vault risk trending down over time without anyone reading raw vault contents.
- Weak and reused vault items get flagged the same week they appear, not months later
- Every vault's risk history lives in one Airtable register instead of scattered warnings
- The team reads one scorecard instead of digging through each vault by hand

Questions, answered
Does WebRun see or handle actual passwords?
No. WebRun only reads 1Password's item health flags, such as weak, reused, or old. It never reads, types, or stores the password, key, or secret value itself.
Will it fix the flagged items automatically?
No. WebRun only reports what needs attention. Changing or rotating a credential is left for whoever owns that vault item to do themselves.
What happens to items already fixed?
WebRun checks 1Password's live status each Monday, so any item resolved during the week is marked closed in the Airtable register automatically.
