Handle rain reschedules without the phone tag
Every morning, WebRun checks your weather source and your Google Sheets job schedule. If rain or unsuitable conditions are forecast on a job day, it drafts a friendly reschedule text for each affected customer via Twilio and posts a Slack alert so your team can review and approve every message before it sends.

How do I automatically handle weather reschedules for window cleaning jobs?
Every morning, WebRun checks your Google Sheets job schedule against the weather forecast. If rain or bad conditions threaten a job day, it drafts a reschedule text for each affected customer via Twilio and posts a Slack alert. Your team reviews the drafts and decides what to send before any message reaches a customer.
- Weather-affected customers are identified and drafted texts prepared before 7 AM
- No reschedule message goes out until your team approves it
- Phone-tag is eliminated because reschedule options are in the draft text from the start
Built for window cleaning companies · outdoor service operators · residential window cleaners · window cleaning business owners

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it text customers about a reschedule without my approval?
No. Every reschedule message is queued as a Twilio draft and held until your team reviews it and approves the send. Your team decides which customers to contact and when, and nothing goes out on its own.
What weather conditions trigger a flag?
Rain or high winds by default. You can tell WebRun your own thresholds, such as wind speed limits or specific precipitation levels, and it will apply them when checking the forecast each morning.
What if the weather clears up later in the day?
WebRun flags conditions based on the morning forecast. If you decide the job can proceed, simply discard the draft in Twilio. The Slack alert gives your team the context to make that call.
