Automated GorillaDesk Multi-Phase Job Status Recap

Every morning, WebRun opens GorillaDesk, reviews every active job that spans more than one phase such as inspection, trapping, exclusion, and post-exclusion monitoring, logs each job's current phase and next step to a running Google Sheets tracker, and posts your ops team a Slack recap of which jobs are stalled or due for their next phase today.

In short

How do I track where every multi-phase wildlife removal job currently stands?

WebRun reviews every active multi-phase job in GorillaDesk each morning, from initial inspection through trapping, exclusion, and post-exclusion monitoring, logs each job's current phase to a Google Sheets tracker, and posts your ops team a Slack recap of what is due today and what has stalled. Nothing about a job's status gets missed between visits.

  • Every multi-phase job's status is visible in one recap each morning
  • Stalled jobs are flagged after seven days in the same phase
  • Phase history is logged automatically instead of tracked by memory

Built for wildlife removal operations managers · multi-crew trapping companies · exclusion project managers · field service dispatchers

Questions, answered

Does this contact customers about their job status?

No. This is a purely internal report. The Slack recap and Google Sheets tracker are visible only to your team, not to customers.

What counts as a stalled job?

Any job that has sat in the same phase, such as trapping or exclusion, for more than seven days without a logged visit gets called out in the morning recap.

Can I track jobs with more than four phases?

Yes. It reads whatever phases you have set up on the job in GorillaDesk, so a job with additional steps like a follow-up sanitization still tracks correctly.
