How do I automatically draft day-of arrival reminders for water park guests?
Every morning, WebRun lists today's timed-entry bookings in Parker, then drafts a short Twilio SMS reminding each guest of their arrival window and what to bring, and posts the box office a Slack count of guests due by window. Every text stays queued for a human to review and send, so no guest is messaged automatically.
- Every guest gets an arrival reminder drafted before the park opens
- Staff see the day's guest count broken down by window each morning
- No guest is texted without a human approving the message first

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it text guests without my approval?
No. Every reminder is drafted and queued in Twilio but left unsent. A staff member reviews the wording and the send list, then releases the texts, so no guest is messaged until a human approves it.
What if a guest has no mobile number on file?
Bookings with no mobile number are skipped from the text list. The Slack count still includes them so the box office knows the true number of guests due and can reach them another way.
Can I change what the reminder says?
Yes. Give WebRun your preferred wording, arrival instructions, or a sample text and it will match that tone and content for every draft, including what to bring and parking notes.
