Automated Volopay Daily Card Spend Digest
Every morning, WebRun totals yesterday's Volopay card transactions, posts the digest to Telegram, and texts you if spend crosses your daily limit.
How do I monitor daily Volopay card spend against a limit?
WebRun totals yesterday's Volopay card transactions every morning by category and cardholder, and posts the digest to Telegram. When the day's total crosses your set daily limit, it also texts you directly with how far over it went, so unusual card spend gets noticed the next morning instead of at month end reconciliation.
- Yesterday's card spend is summarized every morning by category
- Crossing the daily limit triggers a direct text, not just a digest entry
- The top cardholder driving spend is always named

Questions, answered
Does it freeze a card if the limit is crossed?
No. It only reports the total and alerts you. Freezing a card or adjusting a limit is still done inside Volopay.
How is the daily limit set?
It's the daily spend limit you configure. The alert compares yesterday's actual total against that number.
Does it name individual transactions?
The digest names the top category and top cardholder for context. The full transaction list is still available inside Volopay.
