Automated VK Community Growth Reporting

Every Monday, WebRun opens VK, reads your community's subscriber count and last week's posts with their reach and comments, writes a dated row per week and a row per post into Airtable, and publishes a short growth note in Notion showing what moved and what did not.

In short

How do I track my social community growth week over week?

WebRun opens VK every Monday, reads your community's subscriber count, reach and last week's post performance, and records each week as a dated row in Airtable. It then writes a short growth note in Notion comparing the week against the previous four, so you can show what actually moved growth.

  • Every week is recorded as a dated row instead of a screenshot
  • The best performing post is named with its reach and comments
  • A month of growth reads end to end on one Notion page

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens vk.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
VK - read community and post stats
    vk.com
WebRun in VK: read community and post stats
WebRun opens VK to read community and post stats.
    • Open VK and go to your community's statistics
    • Capture the current subscriber count and the change across the last seven days
    • List the posts published in the week with their reach, likes and comment counts
    • Note which post earned the most reach and which earned the most comments
    • Skip the community inbox entirely. This run never touches messages

Done when The week's subscriber change and every post's performance are captured.

  3. 2
Airtable - record the weekly numbers
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: record the weekly numbers
WebRun opens Airtable to record the weekly numbers.
    • Add one dated row per week with subscribers, net change and total reach
    • Add a row per post with its date, reach, likes and comments
    • Leave every earlier week in place so the table builds a trend line rather than a snapshot
    • Calculate the week over week change so growth and decline are both visible

Done when This week's community and post rows are in Airtable alongside the history.

  4. 3
Notion - write the growth note
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: write the growth note
WebRun opens Notion to write the growth note.
    • Write a short dated growth note: subscribers now, net change, and total reach for the week
    • Name the best performing post and what it was about
    • Compare against the previous four weeks so a single good week is not read as a trend
    • Keep the notes stacked on one page so a month reads end to end

Done when This week's growth note is published on the Notion page.

Questions, answered

Will it post anything to my VK community?

No. WebRun only reads the statistics and the posts already published. It never publishes, never comments, never replies to a message and never changes a community setting.

Where does the record actually live?

In two places you own: an Airtable table with one row per week and one per post, and a Notion page holding the written growth notes. Both are internal, so they update on their own each Monday.

Can it show more than the current numbers?

Yes. Every earlier week stays in the Airtable table, so you get a trend line rather than a snapshot, and the Notion note compares the week against the previous four.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
