Automated Vanguard Contribution Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Vanguard, reads the contributions posted to each account for the current contribution year, works out how much room is left against the limit you set, opens a Trello card for any account still unfunded, and sends you the totals in Telegram.

In short

How do I track how much contribution room I have left this year?

WebRun opens Vanguard every Monday, reads the contributions posted to each of your accounts for the current contribution year, and compares them against the limit you set. It cards any account still unfunded in Trello and sends the totals and days remaining to Telegram, so nothing is left unfunded by accident.

  • You see the year's remaining room every Monday, not in December
  • Uninvested cash sitting in a settlement fund gets flagged
  • Accounts that hit their limit drop off the list on their own

Built for long-term savers · retirement planners · household finance managers · self-employed savers

Questions, answered

Will it move money or make a contribution for me?

No. WebRun only reads your Vanguard accounts and reports the numbers. It never transfers funds, buys, sells, or changes an automatic investment. Every contribution stays your decision.

Where do the annual limits come from?

From you. You enter the limit that applies to each account when you set the run up, and WebRun compares your posted contributions against that figure each week.

Does it count contributions made for last year?

Only if you ask it to. By default it reads contributions tagged to the current contribution year, and it can list prior-year contributions separately while that window is still open.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
