Automated O-Valet Driver Tip Payout Drafts
Every night, WebRun opens O-Valet, tallies the digital tips logged against each driver for that day, drafts a payout summary by driver and shift, logs the running totals to a sheet, and posts the draft to Slack for your manager to review and approve before any payout is processed.
How do I track and draft valet driver tip payouts?
Every night, WebRun tallies the digital tips O-Valet logged against each driver that day, drafts a payout summary by driver and shift, and logs a running pay period total to a sheet. It posts the draft to Slack for your manager to review, so tips get tracked accurately every night while the actual payout approval and disbursement always stays a manual, human step.
- Tips are tallied and drafted every night instead of at pay period end
- Every driver's pay period to date total is a glance away
- No payout goes out without a manager reviewing the draft first

Questions, answered
Will it pay drivers directly?
No. WebRun only drafts the payout summary and totals the tips. Approving and actually disbursing any payout stays a manual step your manager takes.
How are tips matched to a driver?
By the driver assigned to the ticket in O-Valet when the digital tip was logged. Any unassigned tip is flagged separately for manual review.
Can I see totals for the full pay period, not just one day?
Yes. The payout sheet keeps a running pay period to date total per driver alongside each day's figure.
