How do I get a daily report of how many cars my valet team parked?

Every night, WebRun totals how many vehicles were parked in O-Valet that day, breaks the figure down by hour and by lot or level, and logs it to a running sheet with a rolling 4 week average. It posts your manager a Slack digest comparing today against the same day last week, so volume trends are visible at a glance instead of buried in a system report.

  • Daily volume gets reported the same night, not pulled on demand
  • Busiest hours and lots are visible without opening a report
  • Trends show up fast with a rolling 4 week comparison

Questions, answered

Does it count cars still parked overnight?

It counts every vehicle that was parked that day, including ones still on site at the time of the count. It does not count a vehicle twice across two days.

Can I see the trend over time, not just one day?

Yes. The running sheet keeps a rolling 4 week average per day of week, and the Slack digest compares today against the same day last week.

Does it break the count down by lot or level?

Yes, if you run more than one lot or level in O-Valet, the daily total is split out by each so you can see where the volume actually is.

Put this on autopilot.
