Automated v0 Prototype Review Queue
Every Monday, WebRun opens v0, gathers the UI prototypes your team generated in the past week, creates a card for each one in a Notion review board with its link and prompt, and sends the reviewers a short WhatsApp message listing what is waiting on them.
How do I get my team to review new v0 prototypes every week?
WebRun reviews your v0 workspace every Monday and collects each prototype generated in the past week. It files one card per prototype into your Notion design board with the prompt and link, assigns a reviewer, then sends the team a WhatsApp summary so no generated UI sits undecided.
- Every v0 prototype gets a named reviewer within a week
- Nothing generated on Friday is forgotten by Monday
- The design board reflects live v0 activity without manual copying
Built for product design teams · frontend teams · startup founders · design leads

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it change or delete anything in v0?
No. WebRun only reads your v0 projects and generations. It never edits a prototype, never regenerates one, and never deletes a chat. Everything it writes goes into your Notion board.
Does it message people outside the team?
No. The only message it sends is an internal WhatsApp note to your own design group. Anything customer-facing would be drafted and left for a human to approve.
What if a prototype was already reviewed?
It checks the live status on your Notion board each Monday, so anything already marked reviewed is skipped and never appears in the queue twice.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
