Automated Paragon Connection Expiry Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens the Paragon dashboard, checks connected user integrations for tokens nearing expiry or already failing, books a re-authentication reminder on Google Calendar for each one, and pings the integrations team on WhatsApp so a customer's connection doesn't quietly break.

In short

How do I catch an expiring Paragon integration connection before it breaks?

WebRun checks Paragon every morning for user integration connections with tokens nearing expiry or already failing, books a Google Calendar reminder for each, and pings the integrations team on WhatsApp with the affected user and integration named. Customer connections get reauthorized ahead of time instead of breaking silently mid-sync.

  • Expiring tokens get reauthorized before the connection breaks
  • Every affected user and integration is named, not just counted
  • The team hears about it in WhatsApp instead of a support ticket

Questions, answered

Will it reauthorize the connection automatically?

No. WebRun only reports which connection is nearing expiry and books a reminder. Reauthorizing stays a manual step for security.

Does it contact the end user whose token is expiring?

No. It only alerts your internal integrations team on WhatsApp. Reaching out to the customer, if needed, is left to your team.

How early does it warn about an expiring token?

As soon as Paragon shows a token nearing expiry, so there is time to reauthorize before the connection actually breaks.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
