In short

How do I keep track of staked funds, rewards and unlock dates?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Trust Wallet, reads every staking position with its validator, the token amount locked, the rewards earned since last week and the date it can be withdrawn. It updates the treasury record in Notion and posts the unlock calendar to Microsoft Teams.

  • Unlock dates are known in advance, so funds are not stuck when needed
  • Rewards earned each week are recorded rather than estimated
  • Positions sitting unlocked and idle are called out by name

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens trustwallet.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Trust Wallet - read every staking position
    trustwallet.com
WebRun in Trust Wallet: read every staking position
WebRun opens Trust Wallet to read every staking position.
    • Open Trust Wallet and go through each wallet address you track
    • List every staking position: the token, the amount locked and the validator it is delegated to
    • Read the rewards accrued and work out what was earned since last week's run
    • Note the unstaking period on each position and the earliest date the funds could be withdrawn

Done when Every staking position has an amount, a reward figure and an unlock date.

  3. 2
Notion - update the treasury record
    notion.so
WebRun in Notion: update the treasury record
WebRun opens Notion to update the treasury record.
    • Update the treasury page with one row per position: token, amount, validator, rewards, unlock date
    • Add this week's reward figure to the history so the earning rate is visible over time
    • Flag any position whose validator changed, since that affects both rewards and risk

Done when The treasury record matches the live positions and carries a week of reward history.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - post the unlock calendar
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post the unlock calendar
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the unlock calendar.
    • Post the unlock calendar to the finance channel, soonest unlock date first
    • Show total value locked, rewards earned this week, and how many days each position has left
    • Call out positions that have already unlocked and are sitting idle
    • Leave every transaction to a person. WebRun never stakes, unstakes, claims, swaps, or moves funds

Done when The team has this week's staking picture with the next unlock dates.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it move, stake, or claim any funds?

No. WebRun only reads positions and reports them. It never stakes, unstakes, claims rewards, swaps, or sends a single token. Every transaction stays a decision a person makes and signs.

Does it handle private keys or a seed phrase?

No. It never asks for, types, stores, or copies a seed phrase or private key anywhere, and file uploads and shell commands are blocked by the Strict Lockdown policy on every run.

How does it know what the rewards earned?

It compares this week's accrued rewards against the figure it recorded in Notion last week, so the report shows what was actually earned over the period rather than a running total.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
