Keep your parts counter stocked before you run out

Every morning, WebRun opens Karmak Fusion, scans the parts inventory for anything at or below its reorder point, drafts a purchase order email to the right supplier for each low stock part, and logs the complete reorder list to Google Sheets so your parts manager has one place to check before approving.

In short

How do I get alerted and draft purchase orders automatically when truck parts run low?

WebRun scans your Karmak Fusion parts inventory every morning for anything at or below its reorder point, drafts a purchase order email in Gmail to the preferred supplier for each low stock part, and logs the reorder list to Google Sheets with zero quantity items flagged critical. Your parts manager reviews and sends each draft, so the counter never runs short without warning.

  • Low stock parts are caught every morning before a job gets held up
  • Purchase orders are pre drafted for every supplier, ready for one click approval
  • Zero quantity parts are flagged critical so the most urgent reorders happen first

Questions, answered

Will it order parts without anyone approving it?

No. Every purchase order is saved as a Gmail draft for your parts manager to review and send. Nothing is ordered until a human approves it.

How does it decide which supplier to order from?

It uses the preferred supplier already set on each part in Karmak Fusion. If a part has no preferred supplier, it is still logged to Google Sheets and flagged so the parts manager can assign one.

What if I already reordered a part manually?

It reads live quantity on hand and reorder point data from Karmak Fusion each morning, so any part you already reordered drops off the list once the count updates.

Put this on autopilot.
