Automated Trezor Transaction Ledger Exports

Every Monday, WebRun opens Trezor Suite, reads the transactions that appeared on each account since the last run, appends them to a single running Google Sheet with their dates, amounts, and labels, and posts a short ledger status to Microsoft Teams so your accountant always has current data.

In short

How do I keep a running crypto transaction ledger for tax filing?

WebRun builds your crypto tax ledger every Monday. It reads each Trezor Suite account for transactions recorded since the last run and appends them to one Google Sheet with dates, amounts, and labels, then posts a status to Microsoft Teams. Filing becomes a review of a current ledger instead of a year end export panic.

  • The ledger is current every Monday instead of rebuilt in April
  • Unlabelled transactions are flagged while you still remember them
  • Your accountant works from one sheet across every account

Built for crypto holders · accountants · treasury managers · self-employed investors

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens suite.trezor.io in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Trezor - read new transactions per account
    trezor.io
WebRun in Trezor: read new transactions per account
WebRun opens Trezor to read new transactions per account.
    • Open Trezor Suite and go through each account you asked it to track
    • Read the transactions recorded since the last run, with date, amount, direction, and any label you added
    • Note the closing balance on each account for the period
    • Skip transactions already captured so the ledger never doubles up
    • Read only. Never sign, send, or approve any transaction

Done when Every new transaction on every account has been captured once.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - append the running ledger
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: append the running ledger
WebRun opens Google Sheets to append the running ledger.
    • Append this week's transactions to the running ledger sheet, one row per transaction
    • Keep the account, date, amount, direction, and label in separate columns for filing
    • Maintain a summary tab with the closing balance per account by week
    • Flag transactions with no label so they can be described before year end
    • Never overwrite earlier rows, only append

Done when The Google Sheet ledger matches every account's history.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - post the ledger status
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post the ledger status
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the ledger status.
    • Post a short status to your Teams channel: transactions added this week and the total rows in the ledger
    • Name the count of unlabelled transactions still needing a description
    • Link the sheet so your accountant can open it directly

Done when This week's ledger status is posted in Teams.

Questions, answered

Can it move funds or sign anything?

No, and it never could. WebRun reads transaction history only. Signing requires your physical device and your confirmation, which no automation can perform for you.

Will it enter my recovery seed or PIN?

Never. WebRun does not handle seeds, PINs, or passphrases at all. Anything requiring the device stays entirely in your hands, on your device.

Does it duplicate transactions between runs?

No. It records what it has already captured and appends only what is new, so the ledger builds cleanly week after week instead of repeating rows.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
