In short

How do I automatically get reminded before debt maturities and check if I have enough liquidity to repay?

WebRun reads your debt maturity schedule from Google Sheets every morning, checks each instrument against Trovata liquidity data to see whether available cash covers the upcoming repayment, and sends a Slack reminder at 90, 30, and 7 days before each maturity so your team has enough lead time to arrange refinancing or repayment.

  • Debt maturities flagged at 90, 30, and 7 days automatically without calendar reminders
  • Liquidity coverage status included in every reminder so refinancing need is immediately clear
  • Team has maximum lead time to arrange refinancing or draw on credit facilities

Questions, answered

Will it contact the lender or arrange refinancing automatically?

No. Contacting a lender or initiating a refinancing is an external communication and financial action that must be handled by your team. WebRun reminds you with enough lead time to act, but all lender conversations and repayment decisions are yours.

Where does it get the debt schedule?

WebRun reads from a Google Sheet you maintain with your debt instruments, maturity dates, and repayment amounts. You update the sheet when instruments are added, extended, or repaid, and WebRun reads the current data on every morning run.

Can I add more reminder milestones, such as 180 days?

Yes. During setup, tell WebRun which milestone intervals you want, for example 180, 90, 60, 30, and 7 days. It will add a reminder check for each interval you configure.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
