In short

How do I automatically send review requests after completed tows?

Every morning, WebRun finds tows completed the prior day in Towbook that have a customer email on file, drafts a friendly review request for each in Gmail, and leaves every draft unsent for your review. A Slack message shows how many are queued. You approve before anything reaches a customer.

  • Every completed tow with a customer email gets a review request drafted same day
  • No review request goes out without a human approving it first
  • Review volume grows consistently without any manual outreach effort

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to customers without my approval?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. You review and send each one, so you can hold back requests after a difficult job.

Which review platform does it link to?

You configure a preferred review URL once during setup, such as your Google Business Profile or another platform. WebRun uses that link in every draft.

What if I already asked a customer for a review recently?

It tracks the last request date and skips any customer who was already asked within 30 days, so you never double-ask the same person.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
