In short

How do I automate billing follow-ups for private-property tows?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Towbook, finds completed private-property tows with outstanding balances older than 7 days, drafts a billing follow-up for each owner in Gmail, and leaves every draft unsent for your review. A Slack message shows the count and total outstanding so nothing gets lost.

  • Every unpaid private-property tow gets a follow-up drafted every week
  • No billing email reaches a vehicle owner without human review
  • Outstanding private-property balances visible in Slack each Monday

Questions, answered

Will it contact vehicle owners without my review?

No. Every follow-up email is saved as a Gmail draft and left unsent. You review each one and decide whether to send it, because private-property tow billing disputes can be sensitive.

What does the follow-up email include?

The tow date, vehicle description, amount owed, and payment instructions. You can provide a preferred tone or template and WebRun will follow it.

What about owners who already paid after the tow?

It reads the current balance in Towbook each run, so any tow with a zero balance is automatically skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
