Automated Title Company Review Requests After Closing

Every morning, WebRun opens Qualia, finds orders that closed one to three business days ago, and drafts a warm review request email to the buyer and seller. Drafts wait in Gmail for your team to approve before sending, and a Slack note shows which closings are ready for outreach.

In short

How do I automatically request reviews from clients after a closing?

WebRun opens Qualia each morning, finds closings completed one to three business days ago, and drafts a warm review request email for the buyer and seller of each. Drafts sit in Gmail until the closing agent approves and sends them, so your firm builds online reviews consistently without writing a single email from scratch.

  • Every recent closing gets a timely review request without staff writing emails
  • Closing agents approve their own outreach before anything sends
  • Disputed closings are excluded automatically to protect your firm's reputation

Built for title companies · escrow officers · closing agents · title ops teams

    • Leave all drafts unsent in Gmail drafts for team review before sending

Questions, answered

Will it send review requests to clients automatically without our approval?

No. Every review request is left as a Gmail draft. A team member or the closing agent reviews and sends it manually, so your firm controls every outbound message to a client.

Which review platforms does it link to?

Tell WebRun your preferred review link, such as your Google Business profile or Yelp page, and every draft will include that exact link. You can use a single platform or rotate between several.

What if a closing had a problem and we don't want to ask for a review?

WebRun skips any order flagged as disputed or with a complaint logged in Qualia. You can also manually delete a draft from Gmail before it is sent if you decide not to proceed.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
