Does this contact students or parents about attendance?

No. WebRun only updates your internal attendance log in Google Sheets. It never messages a student or parent on its own.

How does it track in person sessions with no Zoom log?

It falls back to the assignment or diagnostic completion record in Method Learning to confirm the student was there.

What counts as late?

Any student who joins the Zoom session more than five minutes after the scheduled start is marked late instead of present.
