Automated Method Learning Parent Summaries

Once a month, WebRun pulls each active student's score trend from Method Learning, adds the instructor's notes and attendance from Google Sheets, drafts a parent friendly summary email in Gmail for your team to review, and lets your ops channel know in Slack once the batch is ready.

In short

How do I send parents a monthly progress summary automatically?

Once a month, WebRun pulls each student's score trend from Method Learning, matches it to the instructor's notes and attendance in Google Sheets, and drafts a parent summary in Gmail. It posts a heads up to your ops Slack channel once ready, so your front desk reviews and sends every summary without combing three tools by hand.

  • Every active family gets a monthly summary without manual compiling
  • Instructor notes and attendance always make it into the summary
  • Ops gets a heads up the moment the batch is ready to review

Built for test prep centers · tutoring franchises · SAT/ACT program directors · front desk staff

Questions, answered

Will parents get the summary without anyone reading it first?

No. WebRun only drafts the summary in Gmail. Your front desk reviews and sends each one, nothing goes out unsupervised.

Where do the instructor notes come from?

From the notes tab your instructors already keep in Google Sheets. WebRun matches each comment to the right student before drafting.

What if a student has no notes for the month?

The draft still goes out with the score trend and attendance, it just skips the notes line for that student.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
