Questions, answered
Will it send anything to the new client automatically?
No. WebRun only creates internal records in TaxDome and Google Sheets and sends an internal Slack alert to your preparer. No email or message goes to the client without your approval.
How does it know which preparer to assign?
You configure the assignment rules once, such as by service type or capacity, and WebRun applies them each time. You can always reassign inside TaxDome after the alert lands.
What information does it log in the intake sheet?
It captures client name, email, inquiry date, source channel, assigned preparer, and any service notes. You can add or remove columns to match your firm's intake form.
