Questions, answered
Will it text clients without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts each SMS reminder and queues it in Twilio, then posts the full list to Slack for your review. No text is sent to any client until you approve the batch. Client messages always require a human go-ahead.
What information does the reminder include?
The draft includes the client's name, their appointment date and time, the preparer's name, and either your office address or a video meeting link. You can customize the template during setup to match your firm's style.
What if a client cancels or reschedules after the reminder is approved?
If the appointment is updated in Canopy before the batch is sent, WebRun will reflect the new time in the draft. If it is cancelled, that client's reminder is dropped from the queue automatically.
