Automated Synthesia Video Review Handoffs

Every morning, WebRun opens your Synthesia workspace, lists videos still in draft or waiting on a reviewer, works out how long each has been sitting, posts a handoff message naming the reviewer in Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApps you the ones stuck past your limit.

In short

How do I stop videos getting stuck waiting for review?

WebRun opens your Synthesia workspace every morning and lists videos still in draft or awaiting review, with the creator, days waiting, and open comments. It posts a handoff to Microsoft Teams grouped by reviewer, oldest first, and WhatsApps you anything stuck past your escalation limit.

  • Every waiting video has a named reviewer looking at it the same day
  • Days waiting is measured, so long stalls escalate on their own
  • Videos with nobody assigned are surfaced instead of quietly forgotten

Questions, answered

Will it publish or share a video on its own?

No. WebRun never approves a video, never generates one, never creates a public share link, and never publishes anywhere. It moves the queue along and the approval stays human.

Does it change anything inside Synthesia?

No. WebRun reads the video list, statuses, and comment counts. It does not edit scripts, rename files, move folders, or mark anything reviewed.

Who gets mentioned in Teams?

The reviewer already attached to each video in your workflow. Videos with no reviewer assigned are posted in a separate unowned block so somebody picks them up.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
