Automated Symphony Compliance Message Tracking

Every Monday, WebRun opens Symphony, reviews messages flagged for compliance review across your rooms from the past week, logs each one to a Trello board with its room and sender, and posts the weekly flagged count to Microsoft Teams so the compliance lead has a running view of review volume.

In short

How do I track Symphony's flagged compliance messages weekly?

WebRun reviews Symphony's compliance flagged-message queue every Monday, logs each flagged item to a Trello board with its room, sender, and flag reason, and posts the week's total count to Microsoft Teams. Every actual compliance review decision is made by your compliance team, not by WebRun.

  • Flagged messages get a tracked Trello card every week
  • Compliance leads see review volume without opening Symphony
  • Nothing flagged sits unreviewed past the week it was flagged

Questions, answered

Does WebRun make compliance decisions on flagged messages?

No. It only collects flagged messages and logs them to Trello for review. Every compliance decision is made by a person on your compliance team.

What counts as a flagged message?

Anything Symphony's own review queue has already flagged in the past week. WebRun reads that queue rather than deciding what counts as risky.

Where can the compliance team see the full list?

On the Trello board, which gets a card for every flagged message, linked from the weekly Teams summary.
