Questions, answered
Will it remove people from rooms?
No. WebRun reports who should not be there and leaves the removal to a room owner or your compliance team. It never removes a member, adds one, or changes a room setting.
Does it read the messages inside the rooms?
No. It reads the member list and the room details only. Message content is never opened, copied, or written into the Google Drive sheet.
Why keep a dated history of the reviews?
Because an access review is only useful if you can show it happened. Each run is date stamped in the sheet, so you have a record of who had access to which room on any given day.
