Automated Suno Track Catalog Building

Every Monday, WebRun opens your Suno library, reads every track you have created with its title, style prompt, length and creation date, updates a catalog document in Google Drive with a status column you control, and WhatsApps you the tracks still missing a title or a status.

In short

How do I keep an organised index of the music I generate?

WebRun opens your Suno library every Monday, reads each track's title, style, length and creation date, and updates a catalog document in Google Drive with a link back to every track. Your own status notes are preserved. It then WhatsApps you the tracks still missing a title or a status.

  • Every track is findable by style and date instead of endless scrolling
  • Untitled tracks get named while you still remember them
  • Your own status notes survive every weekly update

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens suno.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Suno - read your track library
    suno.com
WebRun in Suno: read your track library
WebRun opens Suno to read your track library.
    • Open Suno and page through your library of created tracks
    • Capture each track's title, the style or prompt behind it, its length and the date it was made
    • Note tracks that are still on a default or blank title, since those are the ones nobody will ever find again

Done when Every track in the library has been read with its title, style and date.

  3. 2
Google Drive - update the catalog index
    drive.google.com
WebRun in Google Drive: update the catalog index
WebRun opens Google Drive to update the catalog index.
    • Open the catalog document in your Google Drive project folder
    • Add a row for each new track with title, style, length, date and a link back to it in Suno
    • Leave your own Status and Use in column untouched on existing rows, so the notes you have made are never overwritten

Done when The Drive catalog lists every track, with your own status notes preserved.

  4. 3
WhatsApp - flag the unsorted tracks
    whatsapp.com
WebRun in WhatsApp: flag the unsorted tracks
WebRun opens WhatsApp to flag the unsorted tracks.
    • WhatsApp you a short list of tracks with no real title or no status set
    • Include how many new tracks were added to the catalog this week
    • Keep it to a few lines, with the Drive link for the full index

Done when You know what needs naming or sorting before the library grows again.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it publish or share any of my tracks?

No. WebRun reads your library and writes an index. It never publishes a track, never changes a track's visibility, and never shares a link outside the Google Drive folder you nominate.

Does it move audio files around?

No. The catalog holds titles, styles, dates and links back to Suno, not the audio itself. File uploads are blocked by the Strict Lockdown policy, so no media is copied anywhere.

Will it overwrite the notes I add to the catalog?

No. Your Status and Use in columns are left alone on every existing row. WebRun only appends new tracks and fills the fields it read from Suno.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
