StoreHub Franchise Performance Scorecard

Every Monday, WebRun opens StoreHub, pulls last week's sales, average basket, and growth for each franchise outlet, records the scorecard in Google Sheets, and drafts a personal Gmail summary to every franchisee that stays unsent until you review it.

In short

How do I compare sales performance across my franchise outlets?

Every Monday WebRun opens StoreHub, pulls last week's revenue, growth, and average basket for each franchise outlet, and builds a ranked scorecard in Google Sheets. It then drafts a personal Gmail summary to every franchisee with their own numbers, left unsent for your review, so recognition and coaching go out in your voice.

  • Every franchisee gets a personal scorecard each week
  • Fast-growing small outlets get recognised, not just the biggest
  • Scorecard emails stay drafts until you approve them

Built for franchisors · franchise operators · multi-outlet retailers · F&B chains

Questions, answered

Will it email franchisees without my approval?

No. WebRun leaves every franchisee email as a Gmail draft. You read each one and hit send yourself, so no outlet ever receives a scorecard you have not seen.

What goes in each franchisee's email?

Each franchisee gets only their own outlet's numbers: revenue, growth, average basket, rank, and one specific note. WebRun never shares one outlet's figures with another.

Can it rank outlets fairly across different sizes?

Yes. Alongside raw revenue, WebRun tracks week-on-week growth and average basket, so a smaller outlet improving fast is recognised, not just the biggest store.

Put this on autopilot.
