In short

How do I check my cash drawer against the books every day?

Every night WebRun opens StoreHub, reads each outlet's expected and counted cash, and matches it to the bank deposit recorded in Xero. It sends a Telegram alert naming any store that is short, over, or missing a deposit, with the exact amount, so cash gaps surface the next day rather than at month-end.

  • Cash shortages and overages surface the next morning
  • Every outlet's deposit matched to StoreHub without spreadsheets
  • The biggest variances are ranked first for you

Questions, answered

Does it move money or change my accounts?

No. WebRun only reads StoreHub cash-ups and Xero deposits and reports the gaps. It never transfers funds, posts entries, or edits your books, so reconciling stays fully in your control.

What does it count as a variance?

Any outlet where counted cash differs from StoreHub's expected cash, or where the Xero deposit is missing or does not match the count. WebRun names the store and the exact amount.

Can it cover every outlet nightly?

Yes. WebRun checks each outlet's cash-up and deposit every night and ranks the biggest gaps first, so shrinkage or a skipped deposit surfaces the next morning, not at month-end.
