See store and web sales side by side every week
Every Monday, WebRun opens MicroBiz for the past week's in-store register sales and Shopify for the past week's online orders, matches revenue and units by product across both channels, and builds a side-by-side Google Sheets recap so you can see whether the floor or the website is driving each category.

How do I compare my store and web sales every week?
WebRun pulls the past week's in-store sales from MicroBiz and online orders from Shopify, matches revenue and units by product category, and builds a side-by-side Google Sheets recap every Monday. It flags any category where the web's share of revenue moved more than 10 points from the week before, so a real channel shift never gets missed.
- Channel shifts of 10 points or more get flagged the week they happen
- Store and web are compared apples to apples by category
- No order gets double-counted between pickup in store and online
Built for stationery shop owners · omnichannel retailers · independent stationery stores with online sales · multi-channel gift shops

Questions, answered
Does it double-count orders placed online but picked up in store?
No. It excludes anything MicroBiz already shows as fulfilled from the store side, so an order only counts once even if a customer buys online and picks up in person.
Can I see which categories sell better online versus in the store?
Yes. Every category gets a web share of total revenue in the comparison, so you can see at a glance whether notebooks sell better on the floor and gift wrap sells better online, or the reverse.
How far back can I compare?
Each Monday adds a new row to the same running sheet, so you can look back over any stretch of weeks to see whether the shift toward web or store is a trend or a one-off.
