Automated Soldo Wallet Balance Alerts
Every morning, WebRun opens Soldo, reads the balance on each wallet and the cards it funds, records the balance in a Google Sheet to track the burn rate, and texts you over Twilio when a wallet is close to running out.
How do I get warned before a company card wallet runs out of money?
WebRun opens Soldo every morning, reads the balance on each wallet and the cards it funds, and logs the figure in a Google Sheet to work out the daily burn rate. When a wallet falls below your floor or runs short on runway, it texts you over Twilio, so nobody is left with a declined card.
- A low wallet is flagged before a card is declined on site
- Every wallet has a days-of-runway figure from real spend
- Quiet mornings stay quiet: the text only comes when a wallet is low

Questions, answered
Will it move money or top up a wallet?
No. WebRun never moves money. It reads balances and reports the shortfall, and the top-up or transfer is done by a person in Soldo, which keeps every funding decision with your finance team.
How does it know a wallet is running low?
Two ways: a hard floor you set per wallet, and the days of runway it calculates from recent spend in the Google Sheet. Either one crossing your threshold triggers the text.
Will it text me every single morning?
Only when something is low. On a morning where every wallet is above its floor, WebRun updates the sheet and sends nothing, so the text always means action is needed.
Put this on autopilot.
