Automated Skool Unanswered Post Alerts
Every morning, WebRun signs in to your Skool community, reads the recent posts across your categories, finds the ones with no comment yet, records them oldest first in Airtable with the member and the category, and drafts a Twilio text so a moderator knows who is still waiting.
How do I make sure every post in my community gets a reply?
WebRun signs in to your Skool community every morning and finds member posts that still have no comment. It logs them oldest first in Airtable with the author and category, and drafts a Twilio text for your moderator, so a paying member never posts into silence for days.
- No member post sits unanswered for more than a day
- The oldest waiting question is always at the top of the queue
- Quiet categories get the same attention as the busy feed

Questions, answered
Will it comment on posts or message members?
No. WebRun only reads the community and builds your queue. It never posts a comment in Skool, and the Twilio text goes to your own moderator number after you approve it.
How does it decide a post is unanswered?
A post with no comments on it at the time of the run counts as unanswered. Once someone replies, the row is marked done on the next morning's run.
Does it cover every category?
Yes. It reads recent posts across the whole community, so a question in a quiet category is not missed just because the main feed has moved on.
