Automated Skool Unanswered Post Alerts

Every morning, WebRun signs in to your Skool community, reads the recent posts across your categories, finds the ones with no comment yet, records them oldest first in Airtable with the member and the category, and drafts a Twilio text so a moderator knows who is still waiting.

In short

How do I make sure every post in my community gets a reply?

WebRun signs in to your Skool community every morning and finds member posts that still have no comment. It logs them oldest first in Airtable with the author and category, and drafts a Twilio text for your moderator, so a paying member never posts into silence for days.

  • No member post sits unanswered for more than a day
  • The oldest waiting question is always at the top of the queue
  • Quiet categories get the same attention as the busy feed

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.skool.com/login in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Skool - find posts with no reply
    skool.com
WebRun in Skool: find posts with no reply
WebRun opens Skool to find posts with no reply.
    • Sign in to your Skool community and open the community feed
    • Read recent posts across every category, not only the newest ones
    • Capture posts with no comments yet: author, category, title, how long ago it was posted
    • Note the likes on each so a popular unanswered question stands out

Done when Every post still without a reply is captured with its author and age.

  3. 2
Airtable - build the moderation queue
    airtable.com
WebRun in Airtable: build the moderation queue
WebRun opens Airtable to build the moderation queue.
    • Open the community queue base in Airtable
    • Add each unanswered post with the member name, category, age in hours, and a link
    • Sort the queue oldest first and mark rows that were answered since the last run as done

Done when The Airtable queue shows every waiting post, oldest at the top.

  4. 3
Twilio - draft a nudge for the moderator
    twilio.com
WebRun in Twilio: draft a nudge for the moderator
WebRun opens Twilio to draft a nudge for the moderator.
    • Draft a short text listing how many posts are waiting and the oldest one
    • Address it to the moderator number saved in your Twilio account
    • Leave the text queued for approval. WebRun never sends a message on its own and never texts a community member

Done when A moderator nudge is queued in Twilio for your approval.

Questions, answered

Will it comment on posts or message members?

No. WebRun only reads the community and builds your queue. It never posts a comment in Skool, and the Twilio text goes to your own moderator number after you approve it.

How does it decide a post is unanswered?

A post with no comments on it at the time of the run counts as unanswered. Once someone replies, the row is marked done on the next morning's run.

Does it cover every category?

Yes. It reads recent posts across the whole community, so a question in a quiet category is not missed just because the main feed has moved on.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
