Questions, answered

What counts as a delay?

By default, any shipment with no carrier scan update in over 24 hours. You can change that threshold in the plan to match your SLA - 12 hours for express, 48 for freight.

Will it contact my customers about the delay?

No - it only alerts you internally. Sending customer notices is a separate step that always requires your approval before anything goes out.

What if a carrier just has slow scan updates?

You can exclude specific carriers or service levels from the check. Add them to an exceptions list in the plan and they will be skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
