In short

How do I track new hire access requests in Saviynt to completion?

WebRun checks Saviynt every morning for new hire access requests still awaiting approval or provisioning, logs a tracked checklist card to Trello for each, and reminds the approver in Microsoft Teams. It never approves a request or grants access itself, so provisioning always stays a human decision.

  • New hire access requests are tracked to completion, not lost in a queue
  • Approvers get a direct reminder for anything still open
  • Approving and granting access always stay a human decision

Questions, answered

Will WebRun approve or grant access itself?

No. WebRun never approves a request or grants access. It only tracks which new hire requests are still open and reminds the approver to act in Saviynt.

How does WebRun know a request is done?

It checks Saviynt's own status each run. Once a request shows provisioned, WebRun moves its Trello card to Done automatically.

What if an approver ignores the reminder?

The request stays open on the Trello board and gets reminded again the next run, so it never quietly disappears from view.

Put this on autopilot.
