Automated Rydoo Receipt Chasing
Every Monday, WebRun opens Rydoo, finds every expense missing a receipt image and every claim still sitting unsubmitted, writes each one to an Airtable tracker with the owner and the amount, then posts a per-person chase list to Microsoft Teams so month end does not start with a scramble.
How do I chase missing expense receipts in Rydoo every week?
WebRun opens Rydoo every Monday and finds each expense with no receipt attached and each claim left unsubmitted. It logs them to an Airtable tracker with the owner, amount, and age, then posts a per-person chase list in Microsoft Teams, so finance closes the month without hunting receipts.
- Missing receipts are chased weekly instead of at month end
- Finance sees the unbacked value in one totals line
- People with nothing outstanding are never nudged
Built for finance teams · bookkeepers · office managers · sales teams with expenses

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it approve, submit, or reject expenses for me?
No. WebRun only reads what is outstanding in Rydoo. It never submits a claim, approves one, or rejects one. It writes to your Airtable tracker and posts an internal Teams chase list, and that is all.
Does it message people outside the company?
No. The only messages go to your own Microsoft Teams finance channel, which is internal. No supplier, customer, or external contact is contacted at any point.
What if someone uploads the receipt after the chase?
The next run reads live Rydoo data, so that item drops off the list and its Airtable row is marked resolved. Nobody gets chased twice for the same receipt.
