Alert managers to service exceptions and unit incidents in real time
Every hour, WebRun checks the Service module in IDS Astra for exception conditions: warranty claim rejections, parts back-orders blocking open work orders, jobs that missed their promised date without a status update, and any customer complaint flags logged by advisors. It immediately sends the service manager a Telegram alert for each new exception found.

How do I get real-time alerts for RV service exceptions and incidents?
WebRun scans IDS Astra every hour for service exceptions including warranty rejections, parts back-orders blocking open jobs, overdue work orders, and customer complaint flags. Each new exception triggers an immediate Telegram alert to the service manager with the work order, customer, and unit details so issues can be resolved before they escalate.
- Service exceptions are surfaced within the hour, not at end-of-day
- Warranty rejections and back-orders are caught before they delay a customer
- Managers only receive alerts when a real exception occurs, with no noise in quiet hours

Questions, answered
Will it take any action in IDS Astra when an exception is found?
No. WebRun reads and alerts only. It never modifies a work order, cancels a claim, or updates a status in IDS Astra. All response actions are taken by the service manager.
What counts as an exception?
By default: warranty claim rejections or holds, parts back-orders blocking a job, jobs past their promised date with no update, and customer complaint flags. You can add or remove exception types during setup.
Will I get a message every hour even if there are no new exceptions?
No. WebRun only sends a Telegram message when a new exception is detected since the last run. If everything is clear, you receive no message that hour.
