Automated Rockerbox Weekly Attribution Scorecard

Every Monday morning, WebRun opens Rockerbox, reads last week's multi-touch attribution numbers for every marketing channel, exports a dated row per channel to a Google Sheet, and drafts a short recap email in Gmail ranking channels by attributed revenue, leaving it in your drafts folder for the marketing lead to review and send.

In short

How do I get a weekly attribution scorecard from my Rockerbox data?

WebRun reads last week's multi-touch attribution numbers in Rockerbox every Monday, exports a dated row per channel to a Google Sheet, and drafts a ranked recap email in Gmail. The marketing lead gets a clear read on which channels are actually driving revenue, ready to send, without pulling numbers out of Rockerbox by hand.

  • The marketing lead gets a ranked channel scorecard every Monday without asking
  • A running spreadsheet history builds automatically for trend review
  • Significant attribution shifts get flagged before budget decisions are made

Questions, answered

Will the recap email go out without anyone reviewing it?

No. WebRun only drafts it in Gmail. Nothing reaches the marketing lead's inbox until someone reviews and sends it.

Does WebRun change our Rockerbox attribution model?

No. It only reads the attribution numbers Rockerbox already calculates. Attribution models and settings are never touched.

Can we track more channels than the default ones?

Yes. Point WebRun at every channel you track in Rockerbox and it exports all of them into the same weekly sheet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
