Does it accuse a specific employee of theft?
No. WebRun only reports a stock variance pattern, an outlet and an item where actual usage does not match what sales predict. It never names or accuses an employee. Investigating and deciding what happened is entirely up to the manager.
How does it tell a real theft pattern from normal spillage?
It cannot tell the difference on its own, which is exactly why it hands managers a ranked list instead of a verdict. Repeat variance on the same item or outlet across several nights is flagged higher so a manager knows where to look first.
Does it take any action against the flagged outlet?
No. WebRun never locks a register, suspends a login, or changes a schedule. It only posts the variance list to Microsoft Teams. Any follow-up action is a manager's decision, made outside of WebRun.
