Automated Remini Photo Enhancement Handoff
Every morning, WebRun checks the Trello board for cards in the Needs Enhancement list, runs each photo in the batch through Remini to sharpen detail and clean up low light, saves the enhanced set back onto the card, and pings the photo lead on WhatsApp that it's ready.
How do I automatically enhance and hand off a batch of photos?
WebRun checks Trello every morning for photo batches marked Needs Enhancement, runs each photo through Remini to sharpen detail and clean up low light, and saves the finished set back onto the card. It then pings the photo lead on WhatsApp naming the project, so an enhanced set never sits waiting for someone to notice it.
- Enhanced sets reach the photo lead the same morning they're uploaded
- Nobody has to manually check the board for finished batches
- Originals stay untouched alongside every enhanced version
Built for Real estate photographers · product photography studios · small creative agencies · photo editing teams

Questions, answered
Does it replace or delete the original photos?
No. WebRun saves the enhanced versions alongside the originals on the Trello card. Nothing original is overwritten or deleted.
Will it message a client directly?
No. The WhatsApp ping only goes to your internal photo lead, never to a client. Sharing finished photos externally stays a manual step.
What if a card has no photos attached yet?
It skips any card without photos attached and picks it up on a later run once files are added.
