Studio Hero Automated Mix Revision Tracking

Every morning, WebRun checks Studio Hero for new mix revision requests, logs each one to a Google Sheets tracker with the project, client, and requested changes, and pings the assigned engineer in Slack, then marks a row done once Studio Hero shows it delivered.

In short

How do I track mix revision requests until they're resolved?

WebRun reads new mix revision requests logged in Studio Hero each morning, adds each one to a Google Sheets tracker with the client, project, and requested changes, and pings the assigned engineer in Slack. Nothing goes to the client automatically. The tracker just keeps every open revision visible until an engineer marks it delivered.

  • Every open revision stays visible until it's marked done
  • Engineers get pinged the moment a client asks for changes
  • No revision request gets lost in an email thread

Built for recording studios · mixing engineers · studio managers · music producers

Questions, answered

Does WebRun contact the client about the revision?

No. It only logs the request and pings your engineer internally in Slack. The client relationship stays with your team, not with WebRun.

How do closed revisions get marked done?

It reads the live project status in Studio Hero each run, so a revision marked delivered there flips to Done on the tracker automatically.

What does the tracker row include?

The project, client, exactly what was requested, the assigned engineer, the due date, and a status column, so nothing open falls out of sight.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
