Questions, answered

Will it remove or hide items from the menu?

No. WebRun only reads and reports the data. Any menu engineering decisions, such as removing a low-selling item, remain with the owner or manager.

Can it report by category as well as by item?

Yes. You can ask WebRun to group the report by menu category (such as burgers, drinks, sides) in addition to individual items, using the category groupings already set up in TouchBistro.

What time period does the report cover?

By default, the prior full Monday-to-Sunday week. You can change the period to a rolling 7 days or a custom range during setup.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
